Abstract
Comparative analysis of soil moisture reserve measured in the field showed that soil water balance should be accounted for 24 hours to manage irrigation under changeable weather conditions. Only in this way the calculation error does not exceed the measurement accuracy of soil moisture reserves directly in the field and is equal approximately to the daily water consumption of the irrigated crop. If calculated interval is extended, the error in the water balance calculation will increase exponentially.

Abstract
The natural and climatic need of irrigation of mineral soils on the territory of the Republic of Belarus is grounded (example is the southern zone of the Gomel region). It is noted that irrigation slow down in modern social and economic development of Belarus. Anyway irrigation is effective technology of agriculture. It is suggested to choose reclamation objects in two stages. The first stage proves irrigation in general, the second one selects construction objects (reconstruction) of irrigating systems comparing the payback period of capital investments in net income using factor coefficients.

Abstract
Field experiment of agricultural characteristics of cabbage proves high efficiency of irrigation. The original matrix of main macro factors of agronomic efficiency is developed on the example of cabbage Amager, this matrix allows us to obtain high and profitable crops. The total annual economic effect of private subsidiary farms in the Vitebsk region of white cabbage the late is 451.44 thousand rubles.

Abstract
The flood duration on the studied meadow varied from 41 to 72 days. The floodplain did not flood for two years. The average duration of the flooding was 35 days. The air temperature exceeded the multi-year average from 1,5 to 3,9 °C during the growing season. There was no significant relationship between the duration and timing of flood and the yield of the grass stand. The influence of the amount of precipitation during the vegetation period on the grass stand productivity is revealed. The correlation coefficient varied within 0,69-0,71. Longterm two-hay use of the floodplain meadow of the river Sozh for twenty years under the existing climatic conditions makes it possible to obtain an average yield of meadow associations at a level of 3,0-3,4 t/ha.

Abstract
The effect of irrigation with clarified livestock sewage on the state of groundwater in the zone of influence of agricultural irrigation fields is studied. Quantitative parameters of the basic chemical parameters are given and their spatial structure is presented. Abstract
Analysis of main methods of water deironing is given, all advantages and disadvantages are described. The most effective method of cleaning is aeration or addition of oxidizing agents, followed by filtration. The important role of coagulant reagents in freeing water from suspended matter and colloidal substances is shown. It is effective to filter through membranes for deep cleaning of water used in the food and electronics industries.
