Abstract
Analysis of organizing, amount of work and financing of reclamation activities is presented during State Program for conservation and use of reclaimed lands for 2011-2015. Specific indexes of spending of major activities by types of reclamation are found for 2011-2015, some changes in reclamation process are proposed as well.

Abstract
The use of economic indicators of cultivation of crop products (cost, margin and profit) does not allow us to choose irrigation method and irrigation system design confidently. Indicator of economic efficiency of irrigation gives an accurate answer. It is the ratio of revenue from the sale of yield increase obtained by irrigation to the overall costs incurred to obtain this gain (the maintenance of the irrigation system, irrigation process, cleaning, transportation, handling, storage and sale of yield increase).

Abstract
The study expediency and control of territorial connection of indicators of soil drought based on spatial correlation functions (SCF) are presented. Calculation of spatial correlation is made using two consecutive 35year-old model series of indicators obtained due to retrospective water balance of 30 reference weather station of Belarus. Climatic transformation of SCF and its practical use analysis is established.

Abstract
The method of increasing stability of earth canals sections was developed at the expense of local fastening of the lower slope half in the tangential stress range. This method has shown its effectiveness in laboratory conditions. Besides operating advantages this method has both in simplicity of use on the building area and in financial expenditure, comparing with competitive variants.

Abstract
In this article along with overall optimization algorithm of water utilization system in small rivers, the conditions for application of the proposed criterion, the composition of the required input data are included and the impact of the major factors in the selection of optimal solutions is analyzed, i.e. to determine the optimal capacity of the reservoir and the area of irrigated land.

Abstract
The cultivation of grain-grass crop rotation on drained mineral soils in Poozerie region is effective. The article describes how weather conditions affects yield productivity of various grain spaces. The decrease of its tillering is demonstrated at the deficit of precipitation. The more resistant is spring wheat compared to barley and oat, among perennial gasses alfalfa has better result than clover. It is noted that spring wheat productivity of 40 and 51 c/ha provide profitability of grain production of 12 and 23 % respectively. It cost includes mineral fertilizer and plant protection products expenses of 34 %.

Abstract
Antifunginal and growth stimulating biological products and microbial fertilizers are presented as a components of peat green mature compost for the best tomato growth. Fertilizers Agrofil and microbic Omug and Bamil are detected as more effective. The research shows how fertilizers stimulate tomato green mass increase and prevent blackleg infection.
