Abstract
The article gives a systematic analysis of the formation of crop yield models as a decision-making basis concerning water regulation in the design of reclamation systems and its management. It is based on the account of the fundamental principles: the availability of complex transitive chains of backward and forward linkages between yield and water and other modes affecting on yield, joint relationship manifestations of stochastic input meteorological influences (and hence water regime) and the fact that the plant is a " memory system ". Consequently it is a priori impossible to develop optimal trajectory of the water regime for plants during the vegetation (humidity, groundwater levels), so the choice of optimal parameters and control algorithm should be carried by the choice of the best alternatives, but not by comparison with the standard.

Abstract
The results of studies on the efficiency of ways to add phosphogypsum(scattered,in tape sowing, irrigation water), to dark-brown soil with growing onions. Determine the most efficient way of using phosphogypsum as improver, which ensures the preservation of soil fertility and increase crop productivity.

Abstract
The results of the survey for more than 50 pumping stations on the polder systems of Brest, Gomel and Minsk regions are presented. The main criterion in pumping stations selecting for the survey was a significant difference in the unit cost of pumping out water. The main features of pumping stations, state of pumping units, their means of control and measuring their performance were evaluated. The state of working bodies in repairing pumps was examined as well. Recommendations to reduce the electricity consumption are presented. The oven heating cost and electric heating at pump station expenses are compared. Recommendation concerning the changes in design are also shown.

Abstract
The productivity of bean-grassy herbage with white clover, clover hybrid, alfalfa and bird's-foot trefoil are compared. Palatability of pasture grasses was high and was 89.3 90.8% in bean-grassy herbage. Actually herbage with clover, alfalfa or bird's-foot trefoil could provide productivity of 5100 5300 U / ha without nitric application. In fact application in a dose N30-45 before browsing increases productivity herbage without changing the content of the bean component. The use of bean-grassy pastures as feed for cows in the summer allow to reduce the amount of concentrated feed in the diet. Feed consumption per 1 kg of natural milk from the cow, whose diet included grassy herbage, were by 4.8% higher than in case of bean-grassy herbage.

Abstract
The article presents the results of four studies on the effectiveness of the indigenous methods of improvement. Revealed that the most productive technique was, turf grass cover after treatment, the yield of hay, depending on the mineral nutrition ranged from 70,1 to 103,2 c/ha. In addition, this acquisition provides the highest yield of the exchange energy, feed units and the collection of crude protein per hectare. Depending on the mineral nutrition gain with respect to growth of grass without improvement were: 37,09 ... 41,55 GJ/ha, 2,73 ... 3,30 thousand and 478 ... 612 kg/ha respectively.

Abstract
The results of undersowing effects of red clover, alfalfa, lotus horned in sod herbage of different ages on the botanical composition of phytocoenosis, yield and productivity are represented. This article showed that the effect of undersow in the 11-th year herbage was maintained for 3 years and in the case of 4-th year herbage the effect was maintained for 4 years. Biologically red clover was the most efficient because after undersow in the grass sod its content over the last 2 years meat the level, which was necessary to provide herbage with biologically fixed nitrogen (26-33%). Provision of 1 f. unit of digestible protein was very high (140150 g.) in the cases of all herbages.

Abstract
To make effective use of peat soils is necessary to ensure improvement of their fertility by liming and mineral fertilizers. In conducting research we investigated the effects of lime in doses of 5, 10, and 15 t/ha of CaCO3 on the productivity of cereal grass stand with different levels of the mineral nutrition. It was established that the greatest effect provides soil application of 10 t/ha of CaCO3. Average productivity of perennial gramineous grasses amounted to 63.8 t/ha with a total effectiveness of 4,5 cwt/ha per 1 ton a meliorant.

Abstract
Theoretical and experimental analysis in the selection and justification of component elements of reinforced nongerminated grassy carpets shows unlimited possibilities in manufacturing of grassy carpets at the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus and in reclamation production environment as well.Selected component elements of reinforced non-germinated grassy carpets allow us to create environmentally sound technologies for slope strengthening in channels which are appropriate in all Belarusian regions.

Abstract
Different aspects of special organic ameliorants application on reclaiming breaking grounds of light granulometric composition are considered.Optimization of complex properties of recultivated layer of sandy soil under the effect of a fertilizer-ameliorating composition appeared as more effective than that when using unmodified peat and manure on the background of mineral fertilizer application. Soil productivity in the year of ameliorants application has reached 4,0-4,8 t / ha of fodder units with an efficiency payback of 1 ton of ameliorant equal 110-200 kg of green mass of vetch-oat mixture and getting 2,12 t / ha of barley grain in the aftereffect. A significant improvement in humus status, pH value, the content of mobile forms of nutrients in the recultivated soil were registered, as well as its biological activity, what has been confirmed in other series of experiments on soils of light granulometric composition.

Abstract
By reclamative network of drainage basin water is pumped by stations in the complex appointment water bodies, the reservoir. On reclaimed areas dry-dumping system is a kind of collector of contamination. In autumn water flows in reservoirs and ponds used for fishery purposes due to its gravity or is pumped by the stations. Autumn filling provides a sufficient amount of water and prevents overgrowing in reservoirs as well. Actually water natural function of self-purification reduces the contents of contaminations in water bodies.

Abstract
Data on emission of nitrogen oxide (N2O) at the drained fen peat deposits Vygonoshchanskoye and Berestovets are presented. Annual balances of fluxes N2O are defined, influences of such factors, as seasonal prevalence, fluctuations of groundwater tables, soil and environment temperature, mowing plant biomass, soil moisture, precipitation and other are considered .

Abstract
The principles of sustainable use of drained land of Polyssya in bioorganic farming system are grounded. By multivariate imitation computer modeling the search of most perspective variants of branch structure of agricultural production. It is based on the creation of complete cycles of biogenic macroand micronutrients. Creating of infrastructure adapted to biomass production potential requires significant capital expenditures. However, the cost of modern infrastructure pays off in 2-3 years, after which net income may reach 30 thousand $/ ha.

Abstract
Consumer properties of track tractor "Belarus" of reclamativ and agricultural modifications are analysed. To improve the technical level hydraulic and mechanical power take-off systems are equipped with a stabilized power take-off system what increase fuel economy, quality of the manufacturing operations and improve the durability of the engine.

Abstract
The basic agronomic and land improvement techniques, allowing to provide the productivity of alfalfa and corn silage at least -7 t korm/ha, especially when using a raised bed planting technology of the cultivated crops. We also give a method for calculating the required area of cultivation of alfalfa to balance the green mass of corn in digestible protein.
