Abstract
The measures on preservation of swamped soils have an effect upon structure of a water balance and promote improvement of water saving in river basins. However, there are difficulties in a quantitative assessment of influence of bogs on creation of resources underground and day waters.National parks and system of legal protection of connatural remarkables play essential role in preservation of swamped lands. It is necessary more widely to use legal and economic tools in order to encourage creation and up-dating small swamped lands in an agro-landscape.Creation of a small amount of swamped terrains will not exert essential influence on a structure of water balance of the country. On the contrary, the plenty of small swamped lands can become as the essential factor of improvement of water quality and increase in water resources.

Abstract
The influence of the basic cultivation of derno-podzolic soils having a different degree erodibility on changes of moisture stores in a soil and water consumption of farm crops is investigated. It is established that the available moisture stores in non-eroded soil exceed those in strong-eroded soil by 2…31 mm depending on conditions of year. Tillage influences the contents of the available moisture in a soil profile in the spring season but during crop vegetation period their action is insignificant. Due to presence of crop residues in surface layer of soil, nonmoldboard cultivation promotes to additional accumulation of a moisture in the spring season in arable layer by 2…6 mm on the average.38In years of sufficient humidification, the basic source of moisture (80 % and more) for plants is precipitation, and role of soil moisture is minor. In hard-dry years, the fraction of available moisture can be equal to 86-89 %. Under a non-moldboard cultivation in comparison with a moldboard plowing, the overall moisture consumption is higher by 2…13 mm on non-eroded soil and 16…20 mm on strongeroded. To produce a unit of yield of cereal and grass crops, moisture is consumed on eroded soil more than on non-eroded soil, especially under a non-moldboard cultivation.

Abstract
The materials of long-term investigations on soil water regime control in conditions of hill-and--depression relief are stated. The developed designs and techniques for improving water regime on different elements of a relief, their influence on drainage operation and productivity of farm crops are presented. The used techniques for water regime control favored increase in the water reserves on hill slopes in limits of automorphic and temporarily overmoistened soils, intensification of excess water removal from depressions situated between hills on the gley soils and drained gleyic soils having plain45-and-depression contour. The expediency of improving water regime in closed lowlands by means of more economical procedures which support a surface runoff and possibility to cultivate moisture-loving grasses is exhibited.

Abstract
The theoretical substantiation of determination of bearing strength and deformations of a peat sod field under loads from farm machines is given. In the general case, the procedure of design of bearing strength of a peat sod field used for farm crop cultivation when it is acted machine propulsive devices is based on analysis of vertical compressive stress distribution in depth of long lea under augmentation of an external load from the machine (caterpillar or wheel) and direct determination of safe (or allowable) stressed state adequate this external load. The empirical formulas for determination of strength parameters of peat having natural structure in conditions close to its complete water saturation are obtained. The procedure of analysis of deformations of peat under propulsive devices that enables to determine deformations in any span of time of action of a load is offered.

Abstract
The purpose of work is the analysis of methods for intensification of dissolution of colmatage deposits and development of an effective device for reagent processing of filters of wells. On the basis of laboratory experiments the influence of preheating and agitating of a reagent on a solubility degree of ferro-compounds is investigated, and also the design of the device for reagent circulation processing of the filter is developed. For intensification of dissolution, simultaneous action of complex of the factors is used: preheating a reagent, implementation of stream with variable speed and pressure, implementation of circulation within discharge chamber in addition to external circulation of dissolved reagent in close-to-filter zone.

Abstract
Using of the known qualitative laws of farming (equivalence and independence, minimum, joint operation of factors of vital activity of plants) the approximated quantitative model of farm crop yield is proposed. The model is based on the principles which can be characterized as the quantitative laws of farming: the law of gradients, upon that, estimation of influence of any factor on a yield can be realized by means of the function of the corresponding gradient which is a relative measure of deviation of a parameter (quantitative characteristic) of the given factor from nominal value (value, defining a top yield); and the law of the stochastic (random) nature of forming (creation) of yield . Comparison of the model with known empirical connections between a yield and the limiting factors of environment is presented.

Abstract
The drainage reclamation directed to remove excess moisture gives rise to substantial change both regime characteristics and basic properties of soils with a different degree of humidification. Thus, in-depth transformation of soil-formation process and gradual creation of drained soils having their inherent diagnostic signs and properties take place. Eluvial-illuvial processes accompanied with increase in mobility of a humus and also removal of it and elements significant physically for plants from upper soil horizons strengthen in a soil profile. The better structural organization, presence of pores-fractures, increase of a filtration coefficient is characteristic for subsurface horizons of drained soils in comparison with un-drained ones.

Abstract
The results of investigations on development of a method of determination of need of farm crops in nutrients and differentiation of doses of fertilizers for planned yielding capacity with due account of outcomes of diagnostics of provision of degraded peat soils with available for plants compounds of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are represented. Testing of a new principle of determination of doses of fertilizers in production conditions has showed the increase in yielding capacity of a grain up to 5 centner per hectare and the decrease of the costs of used fertilizers by 25 %. Profit has increased from 20 to 118 $ per hectare or by 18-50 % per conventional unit of costs.

Abstract
The assessment of a degree of biological degradation of drained peat soils in the Brest Polesie by level of total biomass soil microorganisms is given. The powerful peat soil was characterized by a maximum biomass of bacteria, actinomyces and fungi: (724,20 ± 48,40) ·10-5 g/g. Total biomass of microorganisms in the degrading-peat and peat-mineral soil having a medium degree of mineralization was less by 5,43 times (р < 0,05) in comparison with the biomass in the powerful peat soil. This has allowed to evaluate the first soil by biological criterion as degraded one having the degree of degradation of 1 (in the 0-4 scale). The remaining varieties of the investigated soils (humus-peaty, humus-gley, humus-peaty-gley and mean-power peaty) had degradation degree by biological criterion equal zero.

The indirect method of evaluation of specific relative productivity of a vegetative cover of perennial grasses is offered. The method is based on calculations of regression relations between yielding capacity and parameters of occurrence of kinds. The following factors essential for an evaluation of productivity are considered: disturbance of a sod, availability of productive kinds, and availability of indicators-kinds having a higher or lower productivity. The example of realization of calculated specific productivity of vegetation kinds in multi-specific assemblages of perennial grasses on the basis of usage of this method is presented.

Abstract
Higher stability of a hybrid clover in grass mixtures on flood-plain peat soils is marked for variants with addition no more than 10-30 % of grasses to the clover in sowing. When the clover is mowed in flower bud stage the best component is awnless bromegrass and when this is made in initial flowering stage - timothy grass.

Abstract
The investigations have shown: additional dressing of perennial gramineous grass stands on thinned peat bogs with liquid manure and mineral fertilizers at the rate of N90P90K120 has made available an equivalent yield. Doubling in nitrogen dose has shown an advantage of carbamide. It is not revealed of particular distinctions in chemical composition of grasses for experiment variants though, with increase of a level of mineral nutrition of plants, the contents of a crude protein was increased. However, if160there are helminths in a pasture forage then pasturage of animals should be eliminated.
