Показано влияние подогрева и перемешивания реагента на степень растворимости соединений железа, а также представлена разработанная конструкция устройства для реагентной циркуляционной обработки фильтра, в котором для интенсификации процесса растворения использовано одновременное воздействия комплекса факторов: подогрев реагента, создание потока с колебанием скорости и давления, обеспечение помимо наружной циркуляции раствора реагента в прифильтровой зоне также и внутренней циркуляции в нагнетательной камере.
The purpose of work is the analysis of methods for intensification of dissolution of colmatage deposits and development of an effective device for reagent processing of filters of wells.On the basis of laboratory experiments the influence of preheating and agitating of a reagent on a solubility degree of ferro-compounds is investigated, and also the design of the device for reagent circulation processing of the filter is developed. For intensification of dissolution, simultaneous action of complex of the factors is used: preheating a reagent, implementation of stream with variable speed and pressure, implementation of circulation within discharge chamber in addition to external circulation of dissolved reagent in close-to-filter zone.
